Though these individuals can be quite connected to their Guides, many are unknowingly hooked into the wrong kind of Guides. For example, while many psychics and healers work with Angels of Heaven, others work with the "fallen ones," dark angels. Unfortunately these angels don't say where they come; they simply say they are angels. This situation can quickly cause problems for those who cannot discern who is who, discern light from dark, on the other side of the veil. Many modern bad habits, too, increase one's vulnerability to dark entities: smoking, drinking, using drugs (even some prescription drugs), and spending time in bars, casinos, and other 3D places that teem with dark entities!

Drinking, smoking, and taking drugs (especially illegal ones) can cause this kind of weakened state, in which a person can unwittingly allow an entity into their mind. In some cases, personality changes are but the first step toward something truly terrifying. Dark entities can cause people to kill or maim without any good reason for their actions. The weaker the mind of the individual, the more dangerous they can be to themselves and to those around them. Tragically, this worst case scenario has played out around the United States at some colleges and high schools where one or more individuals suddenly "went nuclear," killing and maiming others for no apparent reason, and then killing themselves.
